Hi there, have a 1996 115 hp..runs fine at the start. After several starts and moves while fishing it won't start. I took cowling off flip the carbs open manually while someone turns key...fires and runs like a top. Was a one off thing now is happening frequently. It has been hot here so not sure if that is causing something...any help? thanks in advance
