I was given a 115 v4 that has been sitting for 15 years. The motor has been outside but in a barn away from most elements. I was told that it needs to be broken down and lubed internally before trying to start. I know it needs new plugs and fluids but does it really need to be broken down. What do I need to do before trying to start?
