I have an 84' 15 hp evinrude that was submerged during hunting season and I am having trouble getting it back in working order. I have freed the fly wheel and have new leads with new plugs also. I pulled the carb of but I've heard some thing about having to clean the fuel jets on it or something. Which is not in my know how. I get a good spark and the compression was 75.
Where do I go from here because I have good spark and compression I believe so if I blow some fast start through the carb it should at least putter a bit right?
Any helpful words would be great Thanks!
