2001 Evinrude 50HP 4 Stroke Engine Oil Change

Any diagrams or suggestions on how to access the oil drain plug and drain the oil? Does the Engine oil need to be pumped ? I can see the drain plug and it is below a normal access point with the engine cover removed.

I plan on changing the water pump/impeller at the same time.
