I purchased stratos 201proxl with evinrude 200 last summer , the motor has been compression and leak down tested cleaned carbs new fuel hoses etc , motor is in bolted directly to the transom , 24 raker prop , top speed is 50 mph with gps , turns 5800 to 6000 rpm but the issue is makes no difference in a little over halfway to full throttle with hotfoot! the butterfly on all carbs open perfectly , I'm stumped on what it could be , anyone have any ideas , any help would be greatly appreciated!!
