I need help identifying this part.

First off...I'm a newbie here and very glad I found this place...hopefully in time I too will be able to contribute to helping others.
Okay...here goes; I believe the main part I need is #9 in the microfiche but the 'spring' has black bushings that go on each end. As you can see the bottom bushing has broke off.
What is the part number for the little black bushings?

Are you saying part #9 comes with the retainer bushings on each end?

If that is correct parts list for your model motor then that would be the correct replacement part.
