Does anyone know how to remove part # 0337496 thrust pads on a fasttrak tilt and trim unit? Also how to bleed the hydraulic system after reasealing unit?

The thrust pad unscrews from trim ram but will have to put trim ram in vise to hold it.
Best way to bleed it is to trim up all the way top off fluid and loosen manual release valve and allow it to go down all the way. Close manual release and trim back up and let sit for 15 minutes and repeat this a couple of times.
