Trim question

I have a 1995 13TXA0P. I think the trim solenoid is messed up. When running, the trim will not go up. I can get it to go up when very slow to almost a stop. When I start going faster, the motor slowly drops back down. When not moving, sometimes it will go up, but not down, and vice Versa. I can tap the solenoid cover, then it works. No gurgling in the motor, so I don’t think mot is the fluid. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad trim motor, sound like motor is dragging?
