Hoping the picture comes up, but I have the Imgur link just in case. I have a 1995 Evinrude 130 model:130TXAOP. Backing boat in water Friday. Adjusting trim off mounting bracket, when this thing hit my leg and fell in the water. Wondering if it is part of the trim? When driving boat, we could trim up, but then it would go back down on its own. It would not stay trimmed up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!! https://imgur.com/a/vfm5XRD

There is a spring like that on trailer lock bracket but one in picture looks too big,

I found out that is the trail lock spring. Per schematic drawings, I really can not figure out where this thing goes. Any ideas?

Don't remember exactly where it connected but goes between trailer lock and swivel bracket to hold lock out in trailer position.
