I have what appears to be a '96 E50TLEOD. Getting ready to reseal the tilt/trim unit, and saw in a video where it appears that the little hole on the right/starboard side of the upper tilt pin is threaded. The tech used a slide hammer to pull the pin out. I was wondering if any techs out there could tell me if it is indeed threaded, and what size bolt/screw is needed to use with a slide hammer to pull it out. To further clarify which pin, it is the pin where the top of the hydraulic ram connects to the motor. Thanks in advance for your help!
