Right prop

Hello! I'm trying to get a correct prop for my 1990 hp 3-cyl Evinrude (pleasure). The original one is of unknown maker. Size: 13 1/4 x 15 (though there is a mark 17; the 15 is impressed over it). I've ordered 13 1/2 x 15 Vortex with the XHS 206 and it did not work. Anyone to help? Thank you.

Not sure if it didn't fit or it was wrong pitch but the old prop may have been repitched to a 17 pitch.
