2007 evinrude etec 250hp leak swivel?

So my engine has been sitting for the winter and I’ve been wanting to start it up but I just saw some yellow fluid thinner fluid sitting below the swivel above the exhaust housing. I attached some photos of where I saw the fluid. Does anyone know what could possibly be leaking?

The pictures didn't post but I don't know of any yellow fluid used. Check power steering cylinder for leaks(if has hydraulic steering) check oil injection components for leaks and check power trim unit for leaks. Does steering work? Does power trim work?

I replied with a new link you can see the small marks like dripping fluid

It's probably Oil injection oil, remove engine cowling and check oil pump, oil hoses for leaks.
