2006 evinrude 175ficht lost all electric power

Please help!! yesterday my boat started fine out of the ramp but later lost all power! No fuel pump, no trim,>>>NothingI did check the battery and dosent seem to be the prob. I do have power at the main line inside the motor. None of the fuses appear to be blown either. I managed to manually trim up to get home but I dont know where to start. I mechanic friend said my motor has a history of melting fuse panels so i removed it, and am not sure how to check it because its sealed?? Thanks in advance for any info, Pete

Load test battery and battery cables. Start tracing voltage with a voltmeter to see where loosing it.
