power trim

I have a 2014 60hp etech, the power trim goes up fine but does not go down all of the time and then I have to do it manually by backing out the screw what could be wrong

Could be a bad trim switch or bad trim relays, if neither trim switch on controls or one on engine pan will trim it down the probably need to replace trim relays.

Neither switch works so I guess it is the relays so where can I find the relays on the motor?

It is on port side of engine, just follow trim motor wires from trim motor they connect to trim relay.
