Evinrude Power Pilot compatible?

Hey all, new to the forum and just bought an Evinrude 25hp (1985ish). Would like to make my jon boat into a center console and am piecing together the items. Will the Evinrude Power Pilot control arm work with this engine? Not too sure of the year yet but figure they will mostly be the same components in the 80s timeframe of unit.
