Had carbs rebuilt at an evinrude shop. New gapped plugs and checked the spark. Went to lake today and at full throttle it seemed like I was getting about half throttle. Goes about ten mph. Motor is on a 15" closed bow bayliner. Thanks in advance.
Check that have spark on all cylinders, look at spark plugs to see if all burning even, check to see if getting gas to all carb bowls by loosening plug in bottom of bow.
