Is there a way to verify that the ICU is fried?

Test all sensor inputs and voltage inputs and wiring harness to and from. Have it checked with computer diagnostic and if everything else is good then replace ICU

Can not get the computer to recognize the ECU. Anymore suggestions.

That right there might be an indication that the icu maybe fried.
