1999 Johnson V4 90HP OceanPro Thermostat torque setting???

Hi all, I have a 1999 Johnson V4 90HP OceanPro and have to replace one of the thermostat caps (plastic) after over-tightening the starboard side one....bad I know, before I go and make the same mistake again can anyone tell me where I'd find or what the tightening torgue setting of the cap is???
