Replacing motor mounts 25hp

I've got a 1996 25 hp Evinrude with some bad mounts. One side of the bolts for each mount look like they're easy to get to. Any trick to get to the bolt on the other side that you can't see? Any input on replacing the mounts would be greatly appreciated!

If it's the upper mounts then will have to remove powerhead to replace mounts.
