Hello,
I recently bought a 17' Wha;ler with an Evinrude 90HP engine.
I am new to these engines but have worked on 6HP and 8HP outboards.
I haven't started it yet as it is freezing. The engine hasn't been run in a couple of years. I was planning on changing out the spark plugs, water pump impeller, Spin on fuel filter and Drive oil. is there anything else I should do before I try to start it? I did hook it up to a booster box and the trim\tilt seem to work fine.
