1972 4HP Evinrude Outboard

I have a 1972 4hp evinrude. I ran it for about 2-3 minutes without oil mixed in the gas and i need to know if i hurt motor. it would rev up dor about ten seconds and then die. also i need to know the oil to gas mixture for the motor.

That should be a 50:1 mix, you could have hurt it. Try double mixing the oil for the first tank, should check the compression too.
