Evinrude 35HP 1984

Hi guys,

Hope you all can help me out with this. I have a 35hp evinrude and the top cylinder won't fire up. Change the powerpack, the ignition coil ( try swapping them also), change the timer base and the charging coil and plugs. I'm very desperate. please help.

Thats the whole ignition system, does have any spark on that cylinder?
