Well its getting cold here, and we're experiencing hard starting when the temps are in the 50's here on Lake Murray. This is the same outboard we added the fuel pump and the external tank! When the temps were in the 80's here it would start on the 1st or second pull, but now its taking 6 to 8 pulls to get it to start! What can I do to improve the starting....maybe add a different set of spark plugs? Any help would be appreciated?

There really is no cure for that, it is not uncommen to be a little hard starting in cold weather.

Maybe a higher octane gas, or a colder sparkplug...to milk the coils ?
