Changing 1985 70 evinrude tilt bolt

Hi there
Would anyone be able to help me with some advise to remove the old tilt bolt on my motor. It is seriously rusted into the casing. I have tried C.R.C and removing all the old shell rust. I have tried to lock the nut up and twist the shaft but nothing is moving. I'm reluctant to take a hammer to it as I'm scared of cracking the alloy housing.
I would appreciate all ideas.

Corrosion is a major problem with the trim and tilt bolts, heat with hammer and punch, are going to help you. Be carefull not to damage the alloy.

Problem Solved !!!!!!!!

Hi there,
I used two heat guns and a can of penetrating oil. It took about two hours but I got that sucker out.
