1989 TE50TLCEC power tilt

I have disasembled my cylinder due to leakage at the top seal. I need a seal kit. I think is Part Number 433816 or 435567? Is this correct?
Second question is how to refil the cylinder and with what type and how much oil??

Yes the part numbers you have are currect for the ptt seal kit. You would use ptt fluid or atf (automatic transmission fluid). Manually raise the motor all the way up, fill, run motor up and down till air is out, refill.
