1988 25hp elect. start to pull start conversion problem

i have a 1988 e25rcca on wich elect. starter bracket mount on block broke,i would like to convert to pull start but the correct pull start ***ymbly. doesnt fit around my flywheel.mechanic said evinrude used a larger flywheel for a short run in 1988 is this flywheel except elect start only? or is there a different pullstart housing?

It only list one recoil starter but does list three different flywheels, I don't know of a recoil that would fit.
