i have a 1981 evinrude 25 hp. model el5elcib . im looking for the little black piece { barrell shape with clips } that holds the cable sleeve in place . it locks down on the cable sleeve to allow the cable to slide easily within the sleeve from the throttle box. the piece is held in place with a stainless tear drop shape. thanks
