I have a evinrude 4.5 withot bord motor, year 1980 model E5RLCSS whit battery charger.

I want to know:

1- What volts gives this battery charger?
2- Its a battery charger or charger for lamps?
3- What amper gives this battery charger?
4- Its needs charger regulator or whats diodos can transformer that?

charger output voltage should be around 13-14v. Charger is for lighting and minor accessories. Amps are only aroung 6-10. The rectifier ***y for the 4.5hp battery charger is at the following link.
