need help finding year of evinrude 9.9

I have an evinrude 9.9 yachttwin and the model plate is gone. The number inside the engine on the quarter size round piece says G3159767. I was hoping to find out what model and year this motor is so I can order parts.

That number comes up as invalid, either not the serial number or motor too old and not in Evinrude database any longer.
