My 1988 88 spl when run over 2000 RPM will leak water right below the lower cowl. It does not overheat and the water stream out of the tube from the cylinder heads is steady. Anything to worry about?
If the unit is not overheating then there are no worries, in the short term. However in the long term the leak can cause issues. So you will want to find leak and repair.
