91-48spl fuel pump repair kit

I got a fuel pump rebuild kit, and installed it to what I thought was exactly the way it came apart, and it doesn't seem to hold back pressure. The new bulb cant get the fuel to the pump. Is there a better exploded view available than what came with the kit I need to make sure it IS installed properly. thx

There is not a breakdown of the fuel pump, J/E recommends you to replace the entire fuel pump.
