1971 Evinrude 18102s

Is there a high altitude kit for this outboard? I remember when I was young my dad bought a new Evinrude and the dealer had installed a high altitude kit. We use it around 4000-5500 feet. This 18102s seems to run rich all the time, but runs well. Havn't done anything to it yet other than external mixture adj.

I am not showing a high altitude kit for this motor, their are not selection of jets either.
