Sick 90 hp evinrude 1986 yr model

I purchased a 90hp evinrude and tried to crank, it would hit but would not run, I checked the compression and 2 cylinders had 120 and the other 2 had 90 and the other 30. could it be that it set up for 2 years and what should I do first. need help....

The two low cylinders are a problem. You should remove the cylinder heads and inspect.
