1978 55hp help and advice

i have a 1978 55hp that i had a guy look at, he tells me there 120 on the top cylinder and 90 on the bottom. He said theres no hope for this motor but i having a hard time letting it go. So i come to the experts what do you all think. I want to try some sea foam hoping its could be just a carbon build up.
Please help me decide and thanks in advance.

Run heavy dose of sea foam through it and recheck compression
