I have a older evinrude outboard I don't know the year or HP I only know the seriel number
where could I find HP and year.

You can control+v for pasting the picture into the thread. What is the model number? This is located on the mounting bracket where it mounts to the transom of the boat, can also be located on a freeze plug on the block (in many models).
