50 hp 1994 Evinrude

My motor will idol it will run wot and when you go to neutral or stop when attempting to restart and throttle up it will not run well it seems like its in some kind of limp mode. fuel has been checked all fuel lines replaced tank is clean new primer bulb but still no progress

Check compression, check for spark on all cylinders when fails to start and may need to remove and clean carbs.

carbs have been rebuilt , new primer bulb , fuel lines ,tank still have the problem
