Water Flow

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a water flow chart for a '84 25hp evinrude. I'm getting flow out of the pea tube and the exhaust, but block is still hot to the touch. This motor has been run in salt water .

Have you remove and inspected the thermostats. However that motor runs between 140-160 degrees F, so you don't really want to touch.

not yet, waiting on a gasket kit . I did notice that the replacement t-stat was 143 deg. though. My 15 and 8 hp doesn't seem to get that warm and both have t-stats. Guess cause it's a smaller block.
