I have a 2000 15 hp evinrude with an accelerator Diaphram on its last legs. I've everywhere locally and on-line, but its seems that the part is no longer available anywhere. It's evinrude/Johnson part number 437937. If anyone has any advice or where one is available I'd greatly appreciate it.

Is there a difference between the the OMC carb repair kit and the evinrude/Johnson carb repair kit? The only reason I ask is because I've already rebuilt the carb with the evinrude kit (same part no.)and the accelerator diaphram wasn't part of the kit. That's how I know the diaphram is on its last legs.
I put almost a full tank of gas through the engine this past weekend and it ran fine. The odd backfire here and there when I'd open it right up from idle, but other than that it ran awesome.
Is the back firing a symptom of the poor condition of the accelerator diaphram?Comment
