Help with 1985 40 hp steering

Hi guys first post I have a 1985 evinrude 40 on my boat. Model number is e40elco. I've looked the the online parts store And can't figure out how to tighten my steering. It pretty loose if I turn it to one side and let the engine idle it will vibrate to the other side. It pulls while driving to that side too but that may need adjusted elsewhere. Any help on this would be great. Thanks

Does this have tiller handle on motor or is this remote steering?
