1995 s/n E40RLEOD - cutting out

I have a 1995 Evinrude 40hp (E40RLEOD w/rope start) that is cutting out at half throttle when egine is warm. I have taken it into two different dealers - no luck. I replaced ALL the fuel related items (tank to engine-everything).

Before I start replacing the electrical items - I will ask for help on which item should I try first?

It could be any of the ignition components, only way to find problem is test each components with a peak reading voltmeter while engine is cutting out.
