Electric Starter for a 1997 E25REUM Tiller S/N G04300511 mfg 3/1997

I have already converted the tiller to a console with a new shifter and steering wheel. I am in the process of selling this boat and the buyer wants me to install an electric starter. I will have to install an ignition switch in the console as the controller does not have one included in it. What I need to know is what parts are required and how involved is this install. I already made the convesion from Tiller to Console so I can do this I am sure.
