i have a 1970 electric shift 60 horse. they tell me that it's the wires in the lower part.. if it's electricaly can i use plan wires to fix this problem?????
If the problem is the wires you can replace with regular wires, you would need to soder and heat shrink the connections. You will also need to match the wire guage.
